Duplicate Payments
Accidental duplicate payments made by the client.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind after project approval or mid-development.
- Client requests for features or changes outside the agreed project scope ("scope creep").
- The client failed to provide the required materials (e.g., content, images, and access credentials) within the agreed timeline, causing delays.
- Products or services that have been delivered and accepted by the client, either partially or fully.
- Web & Email Hosting services are available once activated or domains are registered.
- Digital marketing campaigns, once initiated (as costs for ad placements, third-party tools, and campaign time cannot be reversed).
Refund for Specific Services
Web Design & Development
- Upfront Payment Models: If the project is canceled before design work starts, up to 70% of the payment, minus administrative fees, will be refunded.
- Post-Design Phase: No refund will be granted once initial design drafts have been approved.
Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and CRM Solutions
- Development Phase: Refunds may be provided if cancellation occurs before significant development work has been completed.
- Beta Launch Phase: Once the app or CRM is delivered for beta testing, refunds will no longer be applicable.
- Final Delivery: No refund is available after the final product is deployed and signed off.
Digital Marketing Services
- Monthly Retainer Services: Refunds will not be issued for partial months after a campaign has started.
- Ad Spend: Any refunds on ad spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) will follow the respective platform's refund policy.
Web & Email Hosting
- Initial Setup Fees: Non-refundable, as these cover setup and administrative costs.
