Full cancellations are allowed if the project has not yet commenced. -
During the Early Development Phase
Cancellations may be accepted during the early phase (e.g., initial wireframes or planning stage), and a partial refund will be given after administrative and consultation fees are deducted. -
Ongoing Subscription Services
Monthly subscription services (e.g., hosting, maintenance, or digital marketing) can be canceled before the start of the next billing cycle.
Non-Cancellable Services
Certain services cannot be canceled once initiated due to their nature:
- Web & Email Hosting after activation.
- Domain name registrations (non-refundable once processed).
- Digital marketing campaigns once live (as ad spend is committed and irreversible).
- Custom software development will be done once the final deliverable has been deployed.
Service-Specific Cancellation Guidelines
Web Design & Development
- Before Design Approval: Cancellations before the design approval phase will incur a fee of 25% of the project value to cover consultation and initial work.
- After Design Approval: Cancellations after the initial designs' approval are not eligible for a refund, but the client may request a project pause or reallocation.
Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and CRM Solutions
- Prototype or Wireframe Stage: Depending on the progress, cancellations at this stage may be eligible for a 50% refund of the paid amount.
- Development Phase: Cancellations during development may incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the total value to cover completed work and resources.
- Final Delivery: After the product is deployed or handed over for final testing, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
Digital Marketing Services
- Campaign Preparation: If a campaign is canceled before it goes live, up to 50% of the service fee, minus any third-party tool or software expenses, may be refunded.
- Active Campaigns: There are no cancellations or refunds for active campaigns, as costs (e.g., ad placements and management fees) are incurred in real-time.
Web & Email Hosting
- Monthly Plans: Cancellations for monthly hosting plans must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Annual Plans: Annual plans can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a partial refund; refunds are unavailable after this period.
Cancellation Process

Termination by Mr. Leopard Media
We reserve the right to terminate services in the following cases:
- Breach of Terms: If the client violates our terms of service or fails to meet payment obligations.
- Inappropriate Conduct: Offensive, abusive, or unlawful behavior towards our staff.
- Project Inactivity: If the client is unresponsive for more than 30 days, the project may be considered abandoned, and all payments will be forfeited.
